Join the Red Shed Girls for a Vintage Shopping Trip of a Lifetime! We hear it every day. "It's on my "Bucket List", to shop the Paris Flea Markets". We make it Easy and Fun! We will share all of our secrets from years of shopping the Marche Aux Puces!
You will enjoy an all day trip to the The Marche Aux Puces, the oldest and largest flea market in Paris. This market is HUGE, but we will help you find exactly what you are looking for. We make it EASY with private drivers dropping us right in the middle of the best shopping....We make it FUN as we introduce you to the best vendors...We make it WORRY FREE as our local French Shopping Guide interprets, gathers history, even negotiates for you! (until you are comfortable to do it on your own..)
We will visit small, little known flea markets, where the prices are GREAT and the vendors are ONE of a KIND. Little English is spoken here...but you won't need it...we will help you! You will see precious statues and linens mixed in with BBQ grills and tennis raquets...Treasures will be FOUND! We will also explore local "vide greniers (garage sales) and little known consignment stores!
No trip to Paris would be complete with out a private Paris tour....Fit for a Red Shed Girl. We will visit Notre Dame, the Opera, Monmartre Artist's square, the Eiffel Tower and much, much, more....don't worry....there will also be time for shopping!
You will even be treated to a wonderful Luminaire Dinner Cruise.... Float down the Seine, with the best seats in the house, and enjoy a sumptuous dinner as you glide by Parisian monuments, brightly lit for your enjoyment. Ava Maria will bring tears to your eyes as we float past the ancient churches.....
Along with your hotel, transportation and guides, your package will also include private walking tours, breakfast each day, two dinners, metro passes, gifts, surprises, and more!

Paris Flea Market Adventure 2012 Tour Price is:
$3360.00 Per Person Double Occupancy
$4365.00 Per Person Single Occupancy
We will try to arrange for a roommate for those who wish to go double but do not have a traveling companion.
To make a reservation:
Please send a $500.00 check, non-refundable deposit with your tour contract form, printed here, or requested by fax, email, or mail. Remaining payment schedule will be advised. Reservations will be accepted first come, first serve and remainder will be waitlisted or an additional tour may be established. Tour is based on a minimum of 10 participants and some tour components may change if there are less than 10 participants.
Included in the tour price:
Transfers to and from the airport, flea markets, and cruise. Hotel room for 5 nights, and single day room for group use on first day for early arrival. Tour costs of Paris and Luxemburg group tours, guides, and activities as outlined, and Deluxe River Dinner Cruise.
Meals & Beverages included:
Daily full hearty buffet breakfast, coffee and juice at the Hotel. Group Dinner w wine, Dinner & Wine with Farewell Cruise. No other meals or beverages are included in tour price.
Also included:
Metro Passes, Group Escorts (The Red Shed Girls!), Private French speaking shopping guide, Private orientation and Pre-Party before we leave, and surprise gifts on arrival!
The tour does not include additional meals, phone calls or incidentals charged to hotel room. The tour does not include meals, admission costs or transportation, beyond Metro Pass, that guest may choose during leisure time.
Airfare:
Tour price does not include airfare, taxes or airport fees. Riverside Travel will make arrangements for airfare, or frequent flyer reservations for a nominal service fee.
Additional Days:
Those who wish to add additional days or destinations on to their itinerary may do so. Riverside Travel will be happy to make suggestions for your extended stay
Health Requirements:
Though we have included many private transfers for your comfort and convenience, Paris is a WALKING city, truly best seen by foot. There will be a lot of walking involved in the flea markets and some tours. There is a lot of walking and STAIRS involved in taking the Paris Metro. Please review the itinerary carefully to determine if it is best for you, and bring comfortable walking shoes!
Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation insurance is Mandatory to cover cancellation due to unexpected medical events. Cost is approximately $140 based on age, and can be purchased through Riverside Travel
Shipping Information:
The most commonly asked question is how we handle shipping. Most of the women
in the past have focused on smaller items that can be checked in luggage, or mailed
at the Poste Office. We give lots of tips on that. We do have arrangements
with a shipper in Paris for those who find large objects or furniture.
Payment is arranged and then the item is picked up from the dealer, packed, and delivered to
the closest port. It is very expensive. A singe piece of furniture would be around
$750.00, and then the price per piece goes down for each piece shipped to the
same port of entry. Per piece discounts can be bundled and shared by multiple
senders so long as all of the pieces are going to one destination, for instance, Dallas.
